Absolutely. RawPower Fitness is designed specifically for adults over 50. We start slow. Roy provides modifications for every exercise, so whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, you can move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.

Not necessarily! Many of our workouts use just your body weight or a sturdy chair for balance. As you progress, we might suggest a pair of light dumbbells or resistance bands, but you can easily start with water bottles or soup cans from your pantry.

Yes. Roy specializes in working with joint issues and mobility limitations. We focus on low-impact movements that build strength without putting stress on your joints. However, we always recommend consulting your doctor before starting any new fitness routine.
